A certificate earned inside a prison can unlock a life outside of one.

Our Vocational Training Program runs certified 3-month courses in skills that have proven job market demand in Nigeria:

■ Tailoring and fashion design
■ Carpentry and furniture making
■ Electrical installation and repairs
■ Mobile phone and electronics repair
■ Catering and food processing
■ Soap and cleaning product manufacturing

All courses result in a government-recognized qualification through partnerships with state Technical Education boards. Graduates leave with a certificate, a starter toolkit, and access to our reintegration placement network.

In 2023, 22 cohorts graduated — 418 individuals in total. Follow-up surveys at 6 months show 63% in employment or self-employment.

Skills create options. Options create futures.
